PRESIDENT:

By-Laws: The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association, sign all records thereof, perform generally all of the duties usually performed by presidents of like associations, and such other and further duties as shall be from time to time required of him by the membership.

1^ST VICE PRESIDENT:

    By-Laws: The First Vice President shall perform all of the duties of the  President in case of absence of the latter.
      Other Duties: General Chairman of the Grand Master’s Reception, Chairman of the 1^st District hospitality room at Grand Lodge, attend all District sponsored functions and attend inspections.

2^ND VICE PRESIDENT:

By-laws The Second Vice President shall perform all the duties of President in the event that both the President and 1^{st Vice} President are absent or unable to perform their duties. 
       Other Duties: General Chairman of the District Roster, Co-Chair
of the Grand Master’s Reception, Co-Chairman of the 1t District Hospitality room at Grand Lodge, Co Chairman St. Ritas Festival attend all District sponsored functions and attend inspections.

SECRETARY:

By-Laws: The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all proceedings of this association and make proper record of the same which shall be attested by him, and generally shall perform such further duties as may be required of him by the membership. 
       Other Duties: Prepare and mail monthly District Bulletins, General Chairman of the District Booth at the Ohio Masonic Home Day, Co-Chairman of the Roster, attend all District sponsored functions and attend inspections.

TREASURER:

By-Laws: The Treasurer shall receive and have in charge all monies and securities belonging to this Association and shall disburse or otherwise deal with the same as shall be ordered by the Association assembled. He shall keep an accurate account of all monies received and disbursed by him and shall generally perform duties such as may be required of him by the membership. 
        Other Duties: General Chairman of the Awards Committee, Co-Chairman of the District Booth at Ohio Masonic Home Day, General Chairman St. Ritas Festival attend all District sponsored functions and attend inspections.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS:

By-Laws: The Sergeant -at-Arms shall tile the meetings of the Association and shall preserve order. He shall make a record of the name and number of the lodge of all the members who shall arrive at the meeting after roll has been called and shall report to the Secretary before the meeting is adjourned. 
       Other Duties: General Chaiman of the combined 1^st & 6^th Districts’ Outdoor Raising, Co-Chairman of the Awards Committee, attend all District sponsored functions and attend inspections.

CHAPLAIN:

By-Laws: The Chaplain will be responsible for the prayers. He will say grace before each meal and the Invocation and Benediction at each monthly meeting. 
       Other Duties: Co-Chairman of the combined 1^st & 6^th Districts’ Outdoor Raising, attend all Disrict sponsored functions and attend inspections.

The General Chairman for the Grand Master’s Reception, Grand Lodge and Past Master’s Convocation will assign each Officer other duties as may be required.
