From the East
| My
Brother,
I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and greeted the New Year with a bang, I want to take a moment to mention a few important dates, on January 24th. We raised to the sublime degree of M.M. Brother Richard Robison. Thanks to all for coming out and being a part of this important night. We will also have our Sweetheart's Dinner/Widows Night on Saturday February 9th, at 4 pm. Please come and spend an enjoyable afternoon-evening with your Masonic family. I would also like to mention that our Lodge's C.L.S. group had their inspection on January 2nd. in the EA degree, we had a very good turn out that evening, with nine brethren and eight past masters present, for a total of seventeen in attendance.(I think that was the most!) The degree went very well and all four lodges can be proud of themselves. This was the FIRST C.L.S. inspection in the state, so once again Linwood Lodge was honored to be one of the first to participate in one of the Grand Masters Programs promoting his theme this year which is, "Working Together, Improving the World". I also would like to take a moment to personally invite every member to set aside one day and pick a night that you find interesting, and come visit with me at the Lodge. I would love to see & talk to you. I hope to see you soon and may God bless. As a FINAL note this
month, I would also like to inform you that our lodge
inspection will be on February
28th. This will be RWB
Frank Sareskys last inspection as a
Deputy. So come out and support your new officers, as well as RWB Saresky on this
important night. Remember Brethren RUN FREE! RalphRalph E. McLemore Jr. Worshipful Master 2001 master@linwoodlodge.org Don't forget, this website was awarded 1st PLACE! as the |
