Brother, The holidays are quickly approaching us. The smell of turkey and dressing is just around the corner. Speaking of holidays reminds me of the Halloween Dance. The Generation Gap Band Sponsored this dance and generously donated ALL the proceeds to Linwood's Special projects & building funds. My brother if you weren't there, you missed a great time. I would like to give a special thanks to the band, who truly helped make this dance possible, and Steve Hamilton, who worked his fingers to the bone, to pull this off, and he did a fine job, and last, but not least, a thank you to all who came out and supported this cause. We hope to do it again next year. Grand Lodge is also behind us, our SW Bro. Steve Hamilton, our Secretary, WBro. Mike Retherford and myself, made the journey to Toledo, to represent our Lodge. We had a great time, yes there was plenty of business to take care of, but even so, we did manage to enjoy ourselves. Our lodge once again came away with the Grand Masters Award, This website was again recognized as one of the best Masonic sites in Ohio AND our monthly newsletter/bulletin won FIRST Place for Lodges with membership under 300. We also stayed to see The Grand Master, and his line installed as well as the new District Deputies for the First Masonic District. Congratulations, and good luck to all. Well, my brother, this brings us to the end of another month, so... Check out the Trestleboard for the upcoming dates. We still have lots of things you can see and even participate in.
